In Minnesota, the fixed fee for each notary stamp is $5. Mobile Notaries charge a travel fee that is based on distance and anticipated traffic time. So, a trip to the western suburbs may be priced higher than a service north, south or east of St. Paul because there are fewer traffic bottlenecks. I will give you a price that you agree on ahead of time when you call!
